§ 72.06 TRICK RIDING PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in trick riding or to operate any bicycle upon the streets, alleys, sidewalks or public ways without maintaining full control of such bicycle by keeping one hand upon the handle grips thereof.
