Storm water only accounts are properties that do not utilize water and/or sanitary sewer services but do contain impervious area or hard surface. A copy of every permit issued by the village for new construction that does not utilize water and/or sanitary sewer services shall be reviewed by the Village Administrator for a determination of whether or not storm water service charges apply.
