(A)
Village Council shall publish and post in the Village Municipal Building within the first business day of each new year a schedule of all regularly scheduled Council and Planning Commission meetings for the ensuing calendar year.
(B) Notice of special meetings, except in the event of an emergency, shall be posted in the Village Municipal Building and actual notice given to the local newspaper at least 24 hours in advance.
(C) Any person may receive advance notice and an agenda of all meetings at least 24 hours in advance, except in the event of an emergency, by visiting the Village of Swanton website or in person.
(D) Village offices shall be open for telephone inquiries regarding meetings from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at 419-826-9515 or via email admin@villageofswantonohio.us.
