§ 31.02 COMPENSATION.
   (A)   Council.
      (1)   The compensation of each member of Council shall be $400 per month.
      (2)   Compensation shall be payable in monthly installments on the last regular payday of the month.
   (B)   President of Council’s compensation.
      (1)   The compensation of the President of Council shall be $410 per month.
      (2)   Compensation shall be payable in monthly installments on the last regular payday of the month.
