§ 37.12 DEADLINE.
   Pursuant to state law, the deadline for executing tax incentive agreements shall be December 31, 1997. Any agreements negotiated prior to that time which provide tax incentives for a period extending beyond the deadline shall remain in full force and effect until the date of expiration.
