§ 151.401 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this article is to establish the procedure for Planning Commission review and action on applications for minor subdivisions as defined by R.C. §§ 711.001 and 711.131 and § 151.202 of these regulations. The procedure is intended to avoid the necessity of the platting procedures in certain situations.
