Village personnel and officials shall explore and utilize modern construction techniques and technologies in public business and commercial districts that allow for long-term tree growth and their subsequent benefits. Consultation shall occur during the early planning stages of such projects in consultation with the Village Urban Forester and Swanton Tree Commission.
