§ 32.07 CODE ADMINISTRATOR.
   (A)   Creation of office. There is hereby created the executive position of Code Administrator, who shall be appointed annually by the President with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees for a term of one year or until his or her successor has been appointed and is qualified.

   (B)   Duties. The duties and responsibilities of the Code Administrator shall be as follows:
      (1)   To administer and enforce the code requirements of the village as specified throughout the ordinances of the village including, but not necessarily limited to, the Building Code (Ch. 150 of this code of ordinances), Business Code (Title XI of this code of ordinances), Floodplain Code (Ch. 152 of this code of ordinances), Manufactured Home Code (Ch. 151 of this code of ordinances) and Subdivision Code (Ch. 153 of this code of ordinances; and
      (2)   To serve as the Zoning Administrator in accordance with the provisions of Ch. 154 of this code of ordinances for such appointment and shall, thereafter, administer and enforce Ch. 154 of this code of ordinances in accordance with the duties and responsibilities listed therein.

   (C)   Salary. The salary or compensation of the Code Administrator shall be such as is provided by the President and the Board of Trustees.
