§ 119.23 AGE REQUIREMENTS FOR BODY-PIERCING.

It shall be unlawful for any person to pierce or offer to pierce the body of a person under the age restriction established by 720 ILCS 5/12-10 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes without written consent of a parent or legal guardian who shall be present at the time of the piercing.
