§ 119.20 EMPLOYMENT OF TATTOOER OR BODY-PIERCERS.

It shall be the responsibility of the permittee for the tattoo or body-piercing establishment or the employer or any persons purporting to act as tattooer or body-piercer to insure that each person employed as a tattooer or body-piercer shall first have obtained a valid permit pursuant to this chapter and sections.
