§ 119.16 EMPLOYMENT OF PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 21 PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any owner, proprietor, manager or other person in charge of any tattoo or body-piercing establishment to employ any person to perform tattooing or body-piercing who is not at least 21 years of age.
