§ 118.03 SPECIAL PERMITTED USE.

Cannabis-cultivation centers shall be special permitted uses in the HI and LI Industrial zoning districts on single parcels of land. Cannabis-dispensing organizations, craft growers and infusers shall be special permitted uses in the HB Highway Business, I-1 and I-2 Industrial zoning districts on single parcels of land.
