§ 115.12 RECORD OF LICENSES.
   The President of the Village Board of Trustees shall keep a complete record of all licenses issued by him or her and shall supply the Village Clerk, Treasurer and Chief of Police a copy of the same. Upon issuance or revocation of a license, the President shall give written notice to these same officers within 48 hours.
