Such licenses shall be and are hereby divided into four classes.
(A) Class A licenses shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic liquor on the premises specified for consumption on the premises, as well as other retail sales of such liquor, during the hours specified in § 115.25 of this chapter. The annual fee for the license shall be $600 for any for-profit establishment, and $250 for any not-for-profit establishment. There shall be no more than 12 Class A licenses issued; provided further that, charitable, educational and benevolent corporations not organized for pecuniary profit may pay, in lieu of the above fee, a daily license fee of $5 for 24 consecutive hours for the sale of alcoholic liquor, payable in advance. Such fee shall not exceed $250 per year.
(B) Class B licenses shall authorize the wholesale or retail sale of alcoholic liquor, but not for consumption on the premises where sold during the hours specified in § 115.25 of this chapter. The annual fee for such license shall be $600 for any for-profit establishment, and $300 for any not-for-profit establishment. There shall be no more than six Class B licenses issued.
(C) Class C licenses shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic liquor on the premises specified for consumption on the premises where sold, as well as other retail sales of liquor during the hours specified in § 115.25 of this chapter. The annual fee for such license shall be $600 for any for-profit establishment, and $500 for any not-for-profit establishment. There shall be no more than eight Class C licenses issued.
(D) Class D licenses shall authorize the wholesale or retail sale of alcoholic liquor, but not for consumption on the premises where sold during the hours specified in § 115.25 of this chapter. The annual fee for such license shall be $600 for any for-profit establishment, and $500 for any not-for-profit establishment. There shall be no more than four Class D licenses issued.
