§ 111.16 MAINTENANCE OF REGISTRY.
   The Chief of Police shall maintain and make available, for public inspection and copy, a record of every completed application received and the permit issued by the village or the denial or revocation of same. The applicant's background check shall remain a confidential, protected, private record not available for public inspection.
