In order to comply with the provisions of § 154.051 of this code of ordinances, every business, in any zoning district in the village, as a non-residential use of property, shall register with the Zoning Administrator each year during the month of April.

(A) The village hereby adopts and incorporates the provisions of the Food Handling Regulation and Enforcement Act (410 ILCS 625/1 et seq.). The sale of non-potentially hazardous food by home kitchen operations and cottage food operations is permitted in accordance with 410 ILCS 625/1 et seq.
(B) Farmers or gardeners selling the produce of their farms and gardens is permitted.
(C) The remainder of this chapter shall not apply to divisions (A) and (B) of this section.
