The regular meetings of the Board shall be held on the first and third Monday of each month at the village’s Government Center at 7:00 p.m. If the regular meeting falls on a legal holiday, the meeting shall take place on the Tuesday following at the same time. Adjourned meetings may be held at such times as the Board may determine.
