§ 31.01 COMPOSITION AND GENERAL POWERS.
   The Village Board shall consist of six Trustees, elected in conformity with this code and state law governing elections in villages, and shall have such powers as are granted by 65 ILCS, as amended. The term of office shall be for four years or until successors are elected and have qualified.
