SCHEDULE VII. ONE-WAY STREETS AND ALLEYS.
   Except when directed otherwise by a police officer, no person shall operate a motor vehicle in any direction other than that so indicated, on any street or alley designated as a one-way street or alley. One-way streets and alleys are designated as follows: Pensoneau Drive.
