§ 30.10 CORRECTIVE ACTION PLANS.
   (A)   Whenever any village department or function is inspected, evaluated, or audited, or when any oversight is otherwise provided by an outside agency, the department head or functional supervisor shall officially notify the appropriate oversight committee of the Village Board of Trustees at or before the next scheduled meeting of the Board of Trustees.
   (B)   The department head or functional supervisor shall also provide the appropriate oversight committee of the Village Board of Trustees with a copy of any formal inspection report, at or before the next scheduled meeting of the Board of Trustees that follows receipt of any such report.
   (C)   The department head or functional supervisor shall ensure that any corrective action specifically required by an inspecting agency is implemented within the time frame and guidelines of the agency, and shall keep the appropriate committee of the Board of Trustees apprised of said corrective action plan and implementation.
   (D)   Whenever an inspecting agency finds deficiencies but does not require corrective action, the department head or functional supervisor shall submit a written corrective action plan to the appropriate oversight committee as soon as possible, but no later than four months following the inspection event. The committee will forward the corrective action plan to the entire Village Board, if applicable.
      (1)   The department head or functional supervisor shall keep the committee apprised of the implementation of any such corrective action plan, identifying all corrective actions taken, and the results thereof.
      (2)   All noted deficiencies are to be corrected as soon as possible but in lieu of any other required time frame, no later than 12 months from the date of the inspection.
   (E)   Once corrective action has been taken, the Board of Trustees may request re-inspection by the inspecting agency. Any such re-inspection may be requested in its entirety or for specific segments or the original inspection.
   (F)   The Village Board of Trustee is the final determining level for the assumption of risk.
   (G)   All reports and corrective action plans will be kept as a matter of public record.
