Effective with those sewer bills dated as indicated below, the basic user charge for the use of, and for treatment service supplied by, the wastewater facility of the village shall be the corresponding amount per every 100 cubic feet of water consumption, as measured at each water meter. The charge shall thereafter be applied against all users and billed bi-monthly.
