§ 52.063 INDUSTRIAL USER COST RECOVERY SYSTEM.
   No industrial user may discharge sewage into any public sewer until the village has adopted an industrial cost recovery system which:
   (A)   Meets the requirements of § 204(b)(1)(B) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972 (33 U.S.C. §§ 1251 et seq.) and applicable federal regulations; and
   (B)   Has been approved by the Agency in accordance with the conditions of any grant made to the village by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency or by the state for the construction of any part of the sewer system or sewage treatment works of the village.
