§ 52.042 NOTIFICATION FOR INSPECTION.
   (A)   The applicant for the building sewer shall notify the inspector when the building sewer is ready for inspection and connection to the public sewer. The connection shall be made under the supervision of the inspector or his or her representative.
   (B)   It shall be the responsibility of the building owner and his or her contractor to assure that inspections are requested in accordance with the policies and procedures of the village. If an inspection is requested by the owner or his or her contractor, but cannot be performed by the inspector upon his or her arrival because the work is not yet ready for inspection, or because the work has not been completed in accordance with the village codes and ordinances, and the inspector must, therefore, leave the site to return at a later time, the village may charge the owner a re-inspection fee of $20.
