§ 52.041 SLOPE AND SIZE OF SEWER.
   The size and slope of the building sewers shall be subject to the Plumbing Code and the approval of the inspector, but in no event shall the diameter be less than four inches. The village may require larger sized building sewers for locations where the use of said building is subject to frequent change. The slope of any such building sewer shall be not less than one-eighth inch per foot. A slope of one-fourth inch per foot shall be used wherever practical. A slope of more than one-fourth inch per foot shall not be permitted unless within six feet of the main.
