(A) Adoption of recitals. The Board of Trustees of hereby adopt the recitals in the preamble of this ordinance codified herein as its findings of fact.
(B) Position established. A full-time position of wastewater treatment plant lead operator is hereby created in the wastewater treatment plant, Public Works Department. The job description for the wastewater treatment plant lead operator is on file in the village offices and is incorporated herein as if included in full. The wages, hours and terms and conditions of employment for this position will be determined by the Personnel Committee with the approval of the President of the Board of Trustees.
(C) Additional positions established. Four full-time positions of wastewater treatment plant operator are hereby created in the wastewater treatment plant, Public Works Department. The job description for the wastewater treatment plant operator is attached hereto as exhibit b. the wages, hours and terms and conditions of employment for these positions will be determined by the Personnel Committee with the approval of the President of the Board of Trustees on a case by case basis.
(D) Effective date. This section shall be in full force and effect after its passage and approval as provided by 65 ILCS 5/l-2-4.
