§ 36.011 SAFEKEEPING AND CUSTODY.

All security transactions entered into by the Treasurer shall be conducted on a delivery-versus-payment or receipt-versus-payment basis. Securities shall be held by a safekeeping agent designated by the Treasurer and evidenced by safekeeping receipts.
