§ 35.090 OBEDIENCE TO ORDERS.
   Any firefighter in attendance at a fire, training or other Fire Department function who shall neglect or refuse to obey the orders of the officer in command at such fire shall, upon conviction, be reprimanded and disciplined by the Fire Chief.
