§ 35.086 INSPECTIONS.
   (A)   The Chief is empowered to inspect, or he or she may request the State Fire Marshal to inspect, any and all public buildings and premises at any reasonable time for the purpose of inspecting the premises for dangerous fire hazards, which may threaten life or property.
   (B)   Any dangerous condition shall be ordered abated by the Fire Chief and/or State Fire Marshal.
