§ 35.083 REMOVAL FROM OFFICE.
   The Fire Chief and Deputy Fire Chief may be removed or discharged by the Mayor during his or her term of appointment according to the provisions of the Illinois Municipal Code, 65 ILCS 5/10-2.1-17.
