§ 35.082 VILLAGE VEHICLE.
   (A)   The Fire Chief and Deputy Chief shall be provided with a village-owned vehicle for his or her 24-hour use.
   (B)   Maintenance and gasoline expenditures shall be paid by the village.
   (C)   Limited personal use of the vehicle is permitted; provided that, the user is fit for duty and is able to make an immediate and timely response to a request for fire service.
