§ 35.063 APPOINTMENT BY BOARD.
   The Board of Fire and Police Commissioners shall appoint:
   (A)   All officers and members of the Police Department, except the Chief of Police and Deputy Police Chief; and
   (B)   The Deputy Fire Chief.
