The Chief of Police shall be provided with a village-owned vehicle for his or her 24-hour use. Maintenance and gasoline expenditures shall be paid by the village. Limited personal use of the vehicle is permitted provided that the user is fit for duty and is able to make an immediate and timely response to a request for police service.
