§ 35.001 CREATION OF DEPARTMENT.
   There is hereby created a Police Department, an executive department of the village. The Police Department shall consist of the Chief of Police, Deputy Chief of Police and any of such number of lieutenants, sergeants and patrol officers as may be provided from time to time by the Village Board.
