   (A)   A CALL-BACK is defined as an official assignment of work which does not continuously precede or follow an officer’s regularly scheduled working hours. Employees called back to work shall be compensated for two hours at the overtime rate or for the actual time worked at the overtime rate, whichever is greater.
   (B)   Employees that are required to attend court outside their regularly scheduled work hours, shall receive court time pay and shall be compensated for a minimum of two hours at the overtime rate of pay or the actual time spent in court, including travel time, at the overtime rate of pay, whichever is greater.
   (C)   Officers required to be available during their off-duty hours for a possible court appearance, after having been so notified, shall receive $30 court stand-by pay for each day in such status. COURT STAND-BY TIME, for purposes of this section, shall be defined to mean a period of time in which an officer must be available to respond to a call to court or other judicial hearing following notification by the State’s Attorney’s office that the officer’s appearance may be required within a specific time frame on a given day. Court stand-by pay shall be separate and apart from court time pay.
