(A) All employees of the village shall be allowed one 15-minute break in the morning and one 15-minute break in the afternoon during each full day of employment.
(B) All employees will be allowed a lunch break during each full day of employment. Police officers shall remain on call during lunch and, thus, shall be compensated during that time. Police dispatchers shall be required to take lunch breaks at their work area and thus shall be compensated during that time. All other employees shall be entitled to a one-half hour non-compensated lunch break.
