(A) All full-time permanent employees shall be entitled to fully paid life, health and dental insurance coverage currently offered by the village. The village shall provide health, dental and life insurance to all full-time, permanent employees, with all non-contract employees paying 5% of the premium for health and dental insurance for the employee, and the remainder of the premium paid by the village. Employee life insurance shall be offered by the village at no cost to the employee.
(B) Dependent insurance coverage shall be offered to all full-time permanent employees as a shared cost, with the employee paying 30% and the village paying 70% of the actual cost of said coverage, as it is from time to time adjusted by the insurance carrier. The village shall provide health and dental insurance for dependents of all full-time, permanent employees with all non-contract employees paying 35% of the premium for health and dental insurance for their dependents, and the remainder of the premium paid by the village.
(C) Police Chief and Deputy Police Chief shall pay premiums for health and dental insurance for themselves and their dependents not greater than as provided for the police sergeants in the collective bargaining agreement.
