§ 32.22 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.
   The Board of Trustees may, pursuant to Neb. RS 19-912.01, request the Zoning Board of Adjustment for Lincoln County, Nebraska to serve as Zoning Board of Adjustment for the village. Such request shall be by a majority vote of the Trustees of the village by resolution and shall remain in effect until such time that the governing body revokes said request by resolution.
