§ 31.26 CLERK-TREASURER’S ANNUAL REPORT.
   The Clerk-Treasurer shall publish in a legal newspaper having general circulation within the municipality within 60 days following August 1 of each year a report of the activities of the Clerk-Treasurer’s office which said report shall show in detail. Said report shall include all receipts, disbursements, warrants outstanding and the debit or credit balance of the municipality.
