§ 93.62 PROHIBITED ACTS.
   (A)   Throwing at people and livestock prohibited.
      (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person to throw or propel fireworks at, near or in the direction of people and any livestock within the corporate limits of the municipality. It shall be unlawful to throw or propel fireworks into any street of the municipality while the street is being used for a public parade or is crowded with people or livestock for any reason.
      (2)   It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge fireworks within the municipal rodeo grounds while a rodeo or any other form of entertainment is being performed. Throwing fireworks in the vicinity of people or livestock, throwing fireworks into a street during a parade or other gathering, or discharging fireworks within the rodeo grounds during any performance therein are each hereby designated a nuisance to be controlled and abated.

   (B)   Discharge in public parks prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge, set off or burn any fireworks in the public parks of the municipality, or to discharge or throw fireworks into such park from any adjacent land, street or highway. The discharge of fireworks in the public parks of the municipality is hereby designated a nuisance to be controlled and abated.
