§ 93.61 TIME LIMITS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge fireworks within the corporate limits of the municipality at any time except the period from June 25 through and including July 3 of each year, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., and on July 4 of each year, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. unless an individual obtains a permit consistent with the conditions contained herein. The discharge of fireworks at any other time is hereby designated a nuisance to be controlled and abated.
   (B)   Any person desiring to have or hold a fireworks display within the corporate limits of the municipality any time except the period from June 25 through and including July 3 of each year, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., and on July 4 of each year, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. shall file with the Village Clerk-Treasurer an application in writing for a permit therefor, which application shall set forth and specifically designate the place where such fireworks display is to be held, the kind and quantity of fireworks to be used, the date and time thereof and the name of the person who will be in charge of such public fireworks display. The Village Clerk-Treasurer may thereupon issue or refuse to issue such a permit. The Village Clerk-Treasurer shall contact the Village Fire Chief for approval prior to the issuance of any permit.
