§ 93.11 FIRE HYDRANTS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person except the Fire Chief, members of the Municipal Fire Department or person authorized by the Village Clerk-Treasurer or Village Board of Trustees to molest, destroy, handle, tamper with, use or remove water from any fire hydrant located within the corporate limits of this village.
