§ 92.10 REMOVAL OF ANIMAL WASTE REQUIRED.
   The owner or harborer of every animal, when such animal is off the property controlled by the owner or harborer, shall be responsible for the removal of any fecal material before taking the animal from the immediate area where such excretion occurred. Failure to remove such fecal material is unlawful.
