Overnight camping is permitted in the village parks, except that no person shall be allowed to camp in the village parks for more than 72 consecutive hours without a camping permit. No person camping in the village parks shall be allowed to use village water except for incidental purposes. The governing body may promulgate rules and regulations for the use of the village parks by campers, and the violation of any such rules and regulations shall be deemed to be a violation of this section.
