In addition to the requirements set forth in § 73.081, every all-terrain vehicle and utility-type vehicle shall display a lighted headlight and taillight during the period of time from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise and at any times when visibility is reduced due to insufficient light or unfavorable atmospheric conditions.
