(A) Intersections. The driver of a vehicle shall not overtake and pass another vehicle proceeding in the same direction while traversing a street intersection if such passing requires such overtaking vehicle to drive to the left of the center of the street.

(B) Hindrance. The driver of a vehicle about to be overtaken and passed by another vehicle shall not increase the speed of his or her vehicle until completely passed by the overtaking vehicle.
