§ 71.04 POSITION OF VEHICLE ON HIGHWAY; GENERALLY.
   Upon all highways of sufficient width, one-way streets excepted, the driver of a vehicle shall drive the same on the right half of the roadway. In passing or meeting other vehicles, drivers shall give each other at least one-half of the main traveled portion of the roadway.
