§ 52.65 POLICE REPORTS.
   It shall be the duty of the County Sheriff’s Department to report to the Utilities Superintendent all cases of leakage and waste in the use of water and all violations of this code relating to the Water Department and shall have the additional duty of enforcing the observance of all such regulations.
