§ 52.18 PROHIBITION OF LEAD PIPES, SOLDER AND FLUX.
   (A)   Any pipe, solders or flux used in the installation or repair of any residential facility that is connected to the public water supply system shall be lead free.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, LEAD FREE shall mean:
      (1)   When used with respect to solders and flux, containing not more than 0.2% lead; and
      (2)   When used with respect to pipe and pipe fittings, pipe and pipe fittings containing not more than 8% lead.
