Drinking water, if provided, shall be adequate in quantity and quality; and the sponsor shall have in his or her possession, at the time of the inspection as provided in § 91.05 of this chapter, the reports of bacteriological and chemical examinations of water samples by the Laboratory Section of the State Division of Health Services. The water supply and the facilities for distribution and dispensing shall be provided with effective safeguards to prevent the introduction of contaminates.
