§ 91.26 INGRESS AND EGRESS ROADS, ENTRANCES AND EXITS.

The permittee shall provide personnel and arrangements necessary to keep entrances and exits to public highways open to traffic at all times. Such plan shall be approved by the Sheriff and the Highway Patrol.
